• Candidate Feedback: Students who practised previous year papers found this section very familiar and easy to navigate.

3. General Science (Moderate)

Questions were strictly based on the 10th-standard NCERT syllabus, focusing on conceptual clarity.

• Physics: Units, Motion, Work, and Electricity (Current).
• Chemistry: pH values, Chemical reactions, and Periodic table basics.
• Biology: Human body, Nutrition, and Life processes.

4. General Awareness (Moderate)

With only 10 questions, this section was concise but broad in scope.

• Focus Areas: Railway-specific GK, recent Government Schemes, Sports, Awards, and Static GK.

RRB ALP CBT 1 Exam Pattern 2026

• Total Time: 60 Minutes
• Marking Scheme: +1 for every correct answer.
• Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark deducted for every wrong answer.
