Another important thing is to use a revision plan to revise strategically. In this blog, we are going to give a feasible IBPS Clerk revision plan that you can use to cover important topics for the upcoming IBPS Clerk 2025 exam.

IBPS Clerk Revision Plan 2025

The revision plan is made keeping in mind that only 15 days are left for the exam, and this period is very crucial for preparation, so the plan includes the most important topics as well.  During these fifteen days, you need to focus on topics that are conceptual and require utmost attention.

  • If you’ve gone through the SBI Clerk exam, you’ll notice that this year’s Data Interpretation questions were asked in caselet format and demanded a strong grasp of topics such as profit & loss. You should expect a similar level of difficulty in the IBPS Clerk exam as well. For this reason, it’s essential to practice as many questions as possible. If any of these topics require concept brushing, make sure to do it as soon as possible.
  • In the Reasoning section, concentrate on blood relations, syllogism, inequality, and alphanumeric series. In English, cloze test, fillers, sentence rearrangement, and word usage are the key areas to focus on during this time period.
  • One more thing to note down is that in the last five days, you have to focus on taking sectional and full-length mocks. Analyse your mistakes, check whether you’ve miscalculated, or if there are conceptual mistakes. Note them down and revisit them before attempting the next mock. This will ensure that you won’t repeat your mistakes and hence improve performance. Giving mock test will also enable you to handle exam pressure as it simulates the real exam environment.

Tips to revise in the last 15 days for IBPS Clerk Exam

Here are a few tips to use this revision plan in the most effective manner.

1. Master the Core Concepts

In Quant, focus on simplification, arithmetic chapters like profit & loss, time & work, and data interpretation. For English, revise grammar rules, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. In Reasoning, give time to puzzles, seating arrangement, and syllogism. Make sure to go through formulas, grammar rules, and logical patterns daily. Use short notes or flashcards for quick revision.

2. Practice with a timer

Solve sectional tests and full-length mocks under timed conditions. Focus on accuracy first, then work on improving speed. Learn to skip questions that are taking too long and come back to them later. This will help you manage time better during the actual exam.

3. Analyse Your Mistakes

After every mock test, spend time reviewing your performance. Check which questions you got wrong and why they are wrong in the first place. whether it was a miscalculation, a conceptual error, or a time issue. Note them down and revisit those areas before your next mock. This will help you avoid repeating the same mistakes.

4. Follow a Daily Revision Routine

Divide your day into slots: morning for Quant, afternoon for Reasoning, and evening for English. End each day with a quick recap of what you’ve studied to retain information for a longer period of time. You can adjust it according to your own convenience.

5. Stay Exam-Ready Mentally and avoid preparation of new topics

Avoid starting new topics now. Focus on strengthening what you already know. Stay calm and confident. Practice positive visualisation, imagine yourself solving questions with ease. Get proper sleep, eat well, and take short breaks to stay fresh and focused.
