The IBPS Clerk is one of the most important and popular exams among aspirants. As its online application has already started, many students will begin focusing on important documents, such as marksheets and original ID. But one such thing that is quite neglected is the Handwritten Declaration, which can result in rejection of your application. In this blog, we have given all the details regarding the handwritten declaration. So that your application can be a successful one.
It is a personal statement that declares that the information provided by the applicant is confirmed, and it is used as one of the important documents for the validation of the application.
The declaration statement that has to be written is as follows-
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
Replace “[Your Name]” with your full name as per your application. Using nicknames, initials, or abbreviations is not acceptable.
It is important as it provides authenticity to your application or the details provided by you in the application. It also acknowledges that you take full responsibility for the information provided is filled with accuracy. An application without a correct handwritten declaration can be rejected.
Follow the steps given below to write a perfect Handwritten Declaration for IBPS Clerk
Note: The handwritten declaration has to be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only. The text should NOT BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS.
If the declaration is written by anybody else and uploaded or in any other language, the application will be considered invalid. (In the case of candidates who cannot write, they may get the text of the declaration typed and put their left-hand thumb impression (if not able to sign also) below the typed declaration and upload the document as per specifications)
