Here we have provided the strategy to prepare for the general awareness for SSC CGL 2025 in 2 months. Preparing for the general awareness effectively, it’s very important to follow the strategy.

Week 1-2: Build Your Basic Strong

First, start with your basics and understand the section. This will help you to know how to prioritize your preparation for the exam.

Start by understanding what topics are involved in the SSC CGL 2025 general awareness section. Divide your preparation among the :

• History, Polity, Geography – Questions from these topics can be asked frequently with a good weightage.
• Science & Economics – Questions can be asked based on the basic Biology and key economic terms
• Static GK & Current Affairs – current affairs are most important, and they can be asked from the past 6 months. Static GK can be covered easily by attempting the questions PDF and by attempting our free topic-wise tests.

Suggested Daily Routine (2–2.5 Hours):

• 1 Hour → History, Geography & Polity (start with Lucent or NCERT basics)

• 30 Minutes → Revisit topics you’ve already studied so that you can revise them.
• 1 Hour → Now focus more on Physics & Chemistry (don’t ignore these)

Weeks 5–6: Mock Tests & Precision Practice

Now, you have covered at most the whole syllabus. So it’s time to focus on revision and practice.

• Alternate Days → 1 full-length general awareness mock test and practice topic-wise tests in the remaining days.
