The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is recruiting for 10,277 Customer Service Associates (CSA). The online application process for the IBPS Clerk 2025 has started today. Candidates who are applying for the exam should check the list of documents to be uploaded in the application form. Your application may be rejected if you don’t follow the document upload guidelines and the proper format provided in the official notification PDF. Here we are informing about the list of necessary documents and the documents required for IBPS Clerk 2025.

What are the Documents required for IBPS Clerk Exam?

Documents that you need to upload to the online application form must be in the proper format as mentioned in the notification PDF. Candidates need to keep a soft copy of their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, 10th class marksheet, and other documents if applicable. The list of documents required for the IBPS Clerk 2025 application is provided below:

IBPS Clerk Application 2025 Live Photo Capture

While uploading the photo and signature in the application form of IBPS Clerk 2025, you need to capture your live photo from your device. It is mandatory, and you cannot proceed further without photo capture.

Below, we have provided dos and don’ts of photo capture.

The photo should be in white or a light.

Click Photo in the Given Size only (No small size image).
Don’t wear coloured glasses or sunglasses/caps
while clicking a live photo.
Ensure there is No Shadow on the face/ not facing the camera/ distorted face/ face covered with a mask /
blurred image.
The photo should not be taken in the dark or improper
background.

IBPS Clerk Handwritten Declaration Format

The format of the handwritten declaration should be as mentioned below:

“I, _ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

  • This text should be written in English language only.
  • You need to write it in your handwriting only.
  • This should be written on a white paper and using black ink pen only.

IBPS Clerk 2025 Procedure for Uploading the Documents

While filling in the Online Application Form of IBPS Clerk 2025, you will be provided separate links for uploading the Photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, 10th standard marksheet, and other documents (if applicable).

  • Click on the link “Upload Photograph/ signature/ Upload left thumb impression/ handwritten declaration”.
  • Browse and select the location where your document is saved in your device.
  • Select the file by clicking on it.
  • Click the ‘Open/Upload’.
  • If the file size and format are not proper, an error message will be displayed.
  • A preview of the uploaded image will be provided to see the quality of the image.
  • In case of an unclear image, it may be re-uploaded in the expected quality.

IBPS Clerk 2025 Computer Certificate Requirement

For IBPS Clerk 2025, having a computer certificate is not mandatory if the candidate studied Computer Science/IT as a subject in school or college. However, if not, then a certificate/diploma/degree in computer operations or language from a recognized institute is required. This ensures basic computer literacy, as the job involves regular computer usage. Proficiency in the official language of the state/UT is also essential. Candidates should carry valid documents proving their computer knowledge at the time of document verification.

IBPS Clerk 2025 Documents Required at the Time of Joining

The following documents in original and self-attested photocopies in support of the candidate’s eligibility and identity are to be invariably submitted at the time of joining/document verification. Non-submission of requisite documents by the candidate at the time of joining/document verification will debar their candidature.

  1. Valid system-generated printout of the online application form registered for CRP CSA XV 2026-27.
  2. Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB.
  3. Photo ID proof.
  4. Mark-sheets & certificates for Graduation or equivalent qualification, etc. A proper document from Board/ University for having declared the result on or before 21/08/2025 has to be submitted.
  5. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by the Government of India in the case of SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates.

If you don’t have these documents before joining, you will not be appointed for the Job.
