The selection process for Sales Manager recruitment in Bank of Baroda consists of two stages: an Online Test (may include a psychometric test) and an Interview (may include Group discussion).
The online tests consist of 4 sections total of 225 marks (150 questions) to be completed in 150 minutes (2 and a half hours). The medium of the exam is bilingual (English and Hindi) except for English Language.

Note: There is no negative marking for wrong answers attempted and no penalty for answers that you left blank. Candidates are required to achieve minimum qualifying marks in each test and in each section as decided by the bank after the exam is conducted.
The candidates are called for the interview only after qualifying in the online test (preliminary test/ screening test). The bank reserves the right to change the interview process if the number of applicants is large or less, depending on the vacancies. The interview process may involve a Group Discussion test also along with the personal interview.
Note:
The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks for GD/PI would be 60% for General Category and 55% for Reserved Category.
The application fees for the General, EWS, and OBC Category candidates are Rs. 850 and for reserved category candidates and women candidates is Rs. 175.
The salary structure for JMGS 1 and MMGS 2 grade scale is provided below, and their salary vary as per the posts. The basic pay for JMGS 1 is Rs. 48,480. The basic pay for MMGS 1 is Rs. 64,820. This salary is just the basic pay, and the in-hand salary can go beyond this.

The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months of active service from the date of joining the Bank.
Service bond of 3 years is applicable for this post in Bank of Baroda. The candidates selected for the above positions (JMGS and MMGS) will be required to mandatorily execute a Service Bond as under:
‘Serve for a minimum period of -3- years in the Bank after joining the services or in lieu thereof an amount of Rs. 5.00 (Five) Lakhs”
