It has released 330 vacancies for the posts of Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in Digital (20 vacancies), MSME (300 vacancies), and Risk Management (10 vacancies) Departments. Bank of Baroda Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager Recruitment 2025

The BOB recruitment 2025 for the Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager posts in 3 different departments, which are the Digital Department, MSME Department, and Risk Management Department, is out. The candidates who have the required educational qualification, work experience, and who fulfill the age limit criteria can apply for this position. This position in the BOB is an Officer on a Contractual Basis (OCB) for 5 years. The application fees are Rs. 850 for GEN, EWS, and OBC candidates and Rs. 175 for SC, ST, PWD, ESM, and Women candidates.

BOB Officer on Contract Basis Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria contains information regarding educational qualifications, nationality, and age limit for these posts in the Bank of Baroda.

Nationality/ Citizenship (as on 01.07.2025)

A candidate must be either:

  • A citizen of India, or
  • A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
  • A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
  • A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

BOB Assistant Manager Recruitment Recruitment Selection Process

The bank will shortlist the candidates based on their educational qualifications and experience. The shortlisted candidates will be further invited for the Interview, and based on the marks obtained in the interview, the candidates will be selected in the final merit list. After that, a document verification process will be conducted, and the eligible candidates will be recruited for the post of Manager in the BOB.

Candidates should visit Bank’s website www.bankofbaroda.in/career.htm and register themselves online in the appropriate Online Application Format, available through the link being enabled on the

Candidates need to upload their Bio-data while filling online application. Candidates are also required to upload their scanned photograph, signature and other documents related to their eligibility.

Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves, as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained.

BOB Fixed Term Assistant Manager Salary

As per the Official Notification, the exact salary for each post is not mentioned, and the salary or remuneration will depend on many different factors as provided below.

Remuneration: Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate and market benchmark.

Location of Posting: The place of posting will be depending upon the Bank’s requirement from time to time. Selected Candidates shall be placed at any of its Offices/Branches in India.

Nature of Employment of BOB Recruitment 2025

The BOB is recruiting candidates for the Officer level post on a contract basis for 5 years, and this period may extend further.

Your engagement under the contract as an Officer on Contractual Basis (OCB) is for a period of -05- years, effective from the date of your joining in the Bank, which can be subsequently renewed/extended, subject to your satisfactory performance and at the discretion of the Bank, for an additional maximum period of 5 years. In any case, the total period of the contract shall not exceed 10 years.

Your engagement will automatically end on the expiry date of the contract unless renewed/ extended for a further period. However, the engagement is valid till maximum age of 60 years or end of the Fixed Term whichever is earlier.

BOB Recruitment for 330 Vacancies General Information

  1. The selected candidate will be required to sign an employment contract.
  2. Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post applied for as on the cut-off date and also ensure that the particulars furnished by him/her are correct in all aspects.
