IBPS Clerk

After PNB, BOI’s decision will increase IBPS Clerk/PO Vacancies

IBPS Clerk/PO Vacancies: It was only yesterday when the good news of Punjab National Bank came in regarding the chances of a good increase in the vacancies. And now Bank of India has showered us with the fresh news.

What can be the reason behind IBPS Clerk/PO Vacancies possible rise?

The possible reason is the decision of Bank of India which involves the promotion of all their employees at all scale levels. Be it Scale-1, or 2, everyone is being considered for a promotion at this point in time. Due to such rapid promotions there will arise a situation where there will be shortages at the lower level positions. Teo such positions will definitely include clerks and probationary officers. The same scenario will be played with the Punjab National Bank.

Now, because of PNB and BOI we should see a good number of vacancies being added for both IBPS PO and IBPS Clerk in the coming months, most probably by January, 2022.

What should one do about it as an aspirant?

Well, one should become proactive from this very moment and prepare for both the exams religiously. Now, is the time to let go of all the excuses and start giving mocks day in and day out for an overall improvement in the exam performance.
