Name of the Post - Specialist Officers in Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions

Selection Procedure -

  • Phase I - Preliminary Examination consisting of online objective tests of 2 hours duration for 125 marks. The marks obtained in the Phase - I is only for shortlisting the candidates for the next step and shall not be considered for final selection.
  • Phase II - Mains Examination consisting of online objective test of Professional Knowledge of 45 minutes duration for 60 marks. Adequate number of candidates under various categories would be shortlisted for further process on the basis of their performance in Mains Examination
  • Phase III - Interview - Candidates would need to score minimum 40% marks in order to be considered for final selection
  • Final Selection - A candidate should qualify both in the Online CWE (Main Examination) and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process, details of which will be made available subsequently on IBPS website.

Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 2 hours duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows:

 Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing passing marks to be decided by IBPS.

Q. I have bought a test series package consisting of 10 tests, but after successful payment I can see only 4 or 5 or x tests of that test series?

Q. A mock test was made live on August 16, 2017. Am I supposed to attempt that test on that date itself
No, you can attempt that test on any date or time as per your convenience before the validity date of a particular test expires. Each test is valid till February 28, 2018.

Q. In what all languages Mock tests are available?

Currently, our mock tests are available in English only.
