Applications having signature uploaded in capital letters will be rejected. So, don\u2019t upload your signature in capital letters while submitting the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What should be the size of the photograph which has to be uploaded?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The size of the photograph which has to be scanned should be 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the application fee to apply for IBPS Clerk vacancies?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application fee is the same as that of the last year. It is Rs 175 for SC\/ST\/PWBD candidates and Rs 850 for all other categories. Please note that the application fee has to be paid in the online mode and the Bank Transaction charges will have to be borne by the candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Any Important thing I should keep in mind when filling the application form?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be very careful when filling up the application form. Don\u2019t make any mistake. Once the application form is submitted, you will not be allowed to make any change. No request for any change will be entertained as well. And if any mistake\/discrepancy is found in your application form later, you may even be disqualified from the recruitment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are the specifications of photograph, signature &amp; thumb impression which have to be uploaded?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the below specifications while scanning photograph, signature &amp; thumb impression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Photograph<\/strong> Specifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture in the size of 4.5 cm \u00d7 3.5 cm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It should be a recent coloured photograph which is taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 * 230 pixels is the preferred dimension. The file size should be between 20 kb-50 kb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Signature<\/strong> Specifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The signature should be on a white paper with black ink pen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The signature should not be in capital letters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The signature should be of the applicant only and not of anybody else. If the applicant\u2019s signature on attendance sheet or Call letter, signed at the time of the examination doesn&#8217;t match with the uploaded signature, the applicant will be disqualified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The preferred dimensions of the signature are 140*60 pixels and the file size should be 10 \u2013 20 kb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thumb Impression<\/strong> Specifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Candidate\u2019s thumb impression also needs to be scanned &amp; uploaded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The thumb impression shouldn\u2019t be smudged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accepted file types are .jpg &amp; .jpeg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The dimensions should be 240*240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm (Width*Height)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The file size should be between 20 kb \u2013 50 kb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to scan the documents which need to be uploaded?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While filling the IBPS Clerk 2021 application form, follow these steps to scan the documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set Colour to True Colour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File Size as specified in the notification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crop the image in the scanner to the edge of the photograph\/signature\/ left thumb impression\/handwritten declaration, then use the upload editor to crop the image to the final size (as specified above).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The image file should be JPG or JPEG format. An example file name is: image01.jpg or image01.jpeg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Image dimensions can be checked by listing the folder files or moving the mouse over the file image icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates using MS Windows\/MSOffice can easily obtain documents in .jpeg format by using MS Paint or MSOffice Picture Manager. Scanned documents in any format can be saved in .jpg \/ .jpeg format by using \u2018Save As\u2019 option in the File menu. Size can be adjusted by using crop and then resize option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to upload the documents? What is the procedure?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please keep the below points in mind while uploading the documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>While filling in the Online Application Form the candidate will be provided with separate links for uploading left thumb impression and handwritten declaration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the respective link \u201cUpload left thumb impression \/ handwritten declaration\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Browse and Select the location where the Scanned left thumb impression\/handwritten declaration file has been saved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the file by clicking on it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the \u2018Open\/Upload\u2019 button Your Online Application will not be registered unless you upload your Left thumb impression and handwritten declaration as specified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preview of the uploaded image will help to see the quality of the image. In case of unclear\/smudged, the same may be re-uploaded to the expected clarity \/quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I\u2019ve clicked on the \u2018Final Submit&#8217; button. Can I change any details in the application now?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No! You can\u2019t change any details once the application is finally submitted. You need to carefully fill the online application form as no request for any change in the application details will be entertained later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>There was a problem while making the payment and the online transaction was not successful. Do I need to apply again with all the details?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the online transaction is not completed because of any reason, you don\u2019t need to apply again.
