entities of Dr Schneider Group, a technology provider of interior components.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The acquisition also includes 100 per cent shares in the foreign subsidiaries of Dr Schneider Group located in Spain, China, the USA, and Poland, except for a 21 per cent shareholding in Symbiose SAS, which will be
