Size: 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height). Photo should be less than three months old as per Supreme Court Order dated 05.03.2020 [Writ Petition \u00a9 No.234 of 2018]. No cap or spectacles. Face should be clear. If photo is not as per instructions, application will be rejected or cancelled. See Annexure-XV for examples.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload a signature in JPEG\/JPG format (10 to 20 KB). Size: 4.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height).
