The descriptive test will be in English and will be conducted through on-line mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>NOTE: A candidate shall be required to qualify in the descriptive test, but the marks in the descriptive test will not be counted towards short listing for interview or final selection.<\/li><li>There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. Each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.<\/li><li>If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase \u2013 III: Interview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates who have been shortlisted at the end of Phase-II will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Company. Interview will be conducted at select centres. The weightage (ratio) of online Examination and Interview will be 75:25 respectively.
