Interestingly, this year, NABARD <\/strong>has also introduced some changes in the eligibility criteria and the exam pattern. It has introducing descriptive questions in the Phase-2 Exam. A 10-Mark Decision-making section<\/strong> has been added from this year onwards, plus the marking of English language has reduced from 40 to 30<\/strong>. The examination is tentatively scheduled to be conducted in the last week of August 2021, or the first week of September 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NABARD Grade-B 2021-A Few Important Changes!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The new notification from NABARD introduced some changes in this year\u2019s selection process also. Therefore, you need to make sure you know all the following points to avoid any sort of confusion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.      Change in Exam Pattern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, there were only in the NABARD Grade-B Prelims<\/strong> Exam, whereas the latest 2021 notification has introduced a new section on \u2018Decision Making.\u2019 There will be a total of 8 sections<\/strong> now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.      Change in Interview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, the interview was worth 40 marks, whereas now it will be worth 50 Marks <\/strong>(RDBS\/Rajbhasha).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.      Change in Age Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, the candidate must be between 21 and 35 years of age to be eligible for the post, whereas now, he must be between 25 and 32 years<\/strong> of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.      Change in Educational Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, a candidate needed to have a bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline to be eligible to appear in the NABARD Grade-B Exam, but now he must possess a PG (postgraduate) degree in any discipline with 3 years of experience in related sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will the Exam be Delayed Again?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Phase-1 Exam is expected to be held at the end of August, or in the 1st week of September. But if you are following the daily news, you might be knowing that WHO’s update claims that there are signs that India might be hit by the 3rd<\/sup> wave of Covid-19, before the festival of Diwali, by the end of August. In that scenario, if we will witness rising cases of Covid-19, NABARD might have to delay the Exam. So, prepare well! But also be ready for the delay as we are living in uncertain times. We must not lose hope. You need to do the preparation assuming that the Exam is going to be held in the month of August. You must buckle up with a positive mental frame of mind because the Exams can also be conducted by either the end of August or September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
