Please note that a Pr\u00e9cis need not be summarized line by line.<\/li>\n<li>The whole idea of the passage needs to be understood and need to be summarized.<\/li>\n<li>Use your own words to write the Pr\u00e9cis.<\/li>\n<li>Stick to the given word limit. If no such limit is provided, limit it to one-third of the given passage.<\/li>\n<li>This is also a test of your writing skills.
