Unlike Phase I, Phase II requires a completely different preparation strategy. And the inclusion of a descriptive section has made the contrast starker. The time allowed in Phase II is substantially more than what was allowed in Phase I. And the reason is simple: You need to think, recall & arrange your thoughts and then answer the questions.
