The Reserve Bank of India <\/a><\/strong>holds the RBI Grade B Exam to recruit Grade B officers who work at the RBI’s managerial level. The exam is divided into three phases: Phase I or Prelims<\/a><\/strong>, Phase II or RBI Grade-B Main<\/strong>, and Phase III <\/strong>or Interview<\/a><\/strong>. Candidates who pass the exam are assigned the role of RBI Grade B officer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates must serve a two-year probationary period<\/a><\/strong>, which can be extended up to four years at the bank’s discretion. Furthermore, the chosen candidates may be posted and transferred anywhere in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
