Please brief us on when did you start preparing for the competitive exams and how was your preparation journey.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shubham: <\/strong>Thanks! I started my preparation in December 2019. I appeared in three Government exams till now &amp; cleared two of them. First I gave RBI Assistant but could not clear mains because of general awareness. Then solved a lot of quizzes from different sites including PracticeMock. I gave <a href=\"https:\/\/www.practicemock.com\/exams\/mini-mock-tests\/quantitative-aptitude-mini-mocks\"><strong>mini mocks<\/strong><\/a> of practice mock to improve speed &amp; accuracy. <strong>This is the best section for me where I scored maximum marks with high accuracy in every exam.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.practicemock.com\/blog\/vocabulary\/the-hindu-editorial-vocabulary-download-free-pdf\/\">The Hindu Editorial Vocabulary- Download Free PDF<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PM: How did you prepare for the Quantitative Aptitude section?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shubham:<\/strong> I initially cleared all basic concepts from youtube videos then started practicing DI. Then solved quizzes from different sites. I focus on accuracy more than speed. Because <strong>this is the section where we can achieve 100% accuracy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.practicemock.com\/blog\/ssc-chsl\/daily-quant-reasoning-english-current-affairs-quizzes\/\">Daily Quantitative Aptitude | Reasoning | English | Current Affairs Quizzes for Banking &amp; Government Exams<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PM: How did you prepare for the Reasoning section?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shubham:<\/strong> Initially I cleared all my concepts regarding syllogism, inequality &amp; other miscellaneous problems then <strong>I started solving puzzles but used stopwatch every time<\/strong>. Did you follow a study schedule? If yes, please share the details.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shubham:<\/strong> I did not follow any specific study schedule. All 24 hours of the day were mine. I studied until I got exhausted in a day. I fixed one topic at night &amp; started practising the same topic from the next morning. As the exam got nearer, I gave one mock every day in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.practicemock.com\/blog\/current-affairs\/important-dates-with-themes-for-banking-ssc-railways-government-exams\/\">Important Days\/Dates 2020-21 with Themes for Banking\/ SSC\/ RRB NTPC\/ Govt. Exams<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PM: Did you face any hurdle as well? How did you overcome it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shubham:<\/strong> I have 16 members in my family &amp; my home is also not too big. Initially, I joined a library but due to corona, I had to study at home. But as my family members were very supportive, they helped me in every possible way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PM: Did PracticeMock help you in your success? Please elaborate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shubham:<\/strong> When one wants to get higher marks in exams then he has two options: oliveboard &amp; PracticeMock. I prefer PracticeMock as oliveboard mocks are really tough &amp; I did not want to get demoralised. If you are not working then study for at least 13 -14 hours a day without any excuse. Then only you can crack tougher exams like SBI PO in your first attempt.
