Basic Concept of Partnership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Partnership is an important topic that belongs to the quantitative aptitude section of SSC CGL and other competitive exams. It is a relationship between two or more people who agree to share profits and losses of a business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Types of Partnership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There are two main types:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Simple Partnership<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

All partners invest their money for the same period. Profit or loss is divided in the ratio of their investments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formula: <\/strong>If A and B invest capital in the ratio of A : B, and both invest for the same time, then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
