However, if not, then a <strong>certificate\/diploma\/degree in computer operations or language<\/strong> from a recognized institute is required. This ensures basic computer literacy, as the job involves regular computer usage. Proficiency in the <strong>official language of the state\/UT<\/strong> is also essential.
