RBI Grade B\u2019s notification is yet to be released. And this is the perfect reason why you should start your preparation right away. Once the official notification is released, you will hardly have a month left for the exam which is why we mentioned above to start driving your preparations in top gear. At this point in time, you should focus on two areas: Mock Tests & General Awareness. Practising Mock Tests<\/a><\/strong> followed by a proper analysis will help you pinpoint your weak areas for you to put extra effort on. This will eventually help you crack RBI Grade B. Revising General Awareness<\/strong> thoroughly will give you an edge over other candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparing General Awareness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

General Awareness has 80 questions of 1 mark each and has the maximum number of questions when compared to other sections. Moreover, General Awareness questions don\u2019t take much much time. Preparing really well in this section can catapult you to the top 3.5 percentile. This section can be classified into three subsections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Static G.K.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Keep yourself well-versed with important dams, mountains, stadiums, national parks, dances, currencies, capitals, headquarters of important institutions, stock exchanges, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants etc. Also, stay updated on CMs, Governors and latest events related to different states of India. Current Affairs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Start preparing for all the current affairs from the period of April 2018 to date. Check the PRS<\/a> and PIB<\/a> websites as well. Also, don\u2019t forget to refer to the highlights of Economic Survey & Budget Highlights<\/a>. We\u2019re sure you have been reading a newspaper (or more than one) on a daily basis. Solving Mock Tests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Crack RBI Grade B with this Strategy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You should start with the below sequence when practising mock tests<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Awareness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Attempt at least 65-70 questions with high accuracy. Don\u2019t get disheartened if you don\u2019t know the answers to some questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

English<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The next section you should attempt is English. Prioritize Non-RC based questions like antonym\/synonym and vocab based questions. You can attempt RC based questions later. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reasoning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Coming to the Reasoning section, attempt non-puzzle questions first. Once done, you can move to the critical reasoning questions (answer them only if you are sure). Later on, you can solve inequalities, coding-decoding, blood relations, input-output type and seating arrangements in that order. Resort to puzzles at the last but keep in mind that the last section of quants is still pending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the last section which is Quants, start with number series and equations comparison, easy data interpretation questions and word problems. If time permits, attempt the difficult data interpretation questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Identify Easy Questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It all boils down to the trick of identifying the easy questions. You can excel in this trick by practising more mock tests<\/a>. More practice means that you get more chances to deal with different scenarios of this exam which obviously will help you in dealing with the actual exam.
