Is IBPS PO Salary Revised?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The IBPS PO salary has seen a revision with the 12th Bipartite Settlement. The 12th Bipartite Settlement between the Indian Banks\u2019 Association (IBA) and bank unions was signed on March 8, 2024<\/strong>, under the 9th Joint Note. It introduced a 17% salary and allowance hike<\/strong> for bank employees, effective from November 1, 2022<\/strong>, and covers 12 public sector banks<\/strong>, 10 private banks<\/strong>, and 3 foreign banks<\/strong>. An important change was the increase in stagnation increments<\/strong> from 9 to 11<\/strong>, now given at two-year intervals<\/strong> instead of one. This five-year agreement ensures improved pay structure and benefits for thousands of bank employees across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As per the latest notification, the basic salary is Rs. 48,480 (after 12th Bipartite Settlement, effective April 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
