Starting his preparation in November 2022, Rajdeep faced a string of near misses, like clearing multiple prelims in 2023 but falling short in the mains. With limited time to study due to his job as a Gramin Dak Sevak under the Department of Posts, he had no fixed strategy or routine. Yet, he didn\u2019t let that stop him. Supported by friends and family and fueled by consistent practice through free mocks, quizzes, and current affairs PDFs, Rajdeep kept moving forward. Q. Please brief us on when you started preparing for the competitive exams and how your preparation journey was.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started preparing in November 2022 and cleared many prelims in 2023 but couldn’t make it to the final section and finally got selected in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. Which exams have<\/strong> you appeared in to date<\/strong>, and what were their results?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my first attempt at RRB Clerk, I couldn\u2019t clear the mains, but in the second attempt (2024), I was placed on the reserve list. I also appeared for RRB PO but missed the prelims by just over 1 mark. In addition, I couldn\u2019t clear the mains for IBPS PO, SBI Clerk (where I fell short by 10 marks), and RBI Assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. How did you prepare for the Quantitative Aptitude section?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through YouTube videos and mocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. What was your strategy for the General Awareness section? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No , I didn’t have any strategy. I am working as a GDS under the Department of Posts, so I don’t get much time to prepare, so I didn’t have any particular routine. I used to study whenever I got time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. Did you face any hurdles as well? How did you overcome it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was demotivated most of the time, but my friends and family supported and pushed me towards success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
