It comes under &#8216;General Finance and Management.&#8217; Through this portion, you can fetch approximately 20 to 25% marks in this section, because it is not as heavy as finance-related topics. The questions in this Management part will test your understanding of the Fundamentals of Management, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, and Development. <\/strong>Therefore, if you have a good understanding of the Management topics, you will be able to perform well in the responsibilities and decision-making related to the Grade B post. Although this part has more theories compared to finance, it is essential to have a deep understanding of those theories to answer related questions. It tests candidates&#8217; knowledge with management-related questions. 50 percent of the questions General Finance and Management part are objective, and 50 percent are descriptive types. You&#8217;ll have to give typed answers to the descriptive questions, using a keyboard (not with pen and paper mode).
