Sub-categories include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OA \u2013 One Arm affected (Right or Left)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BA \u2013 Both Arms affected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OL \u2013 One Leg affected (Right or Left)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BL \u2013 Both Legs affected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OAL \u2013 One Arm and One Leg affected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SD \u2013 Spine Deformity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SI \u2013 Spine Injury<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Leprosy-Cured Person (LC)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A person cured of leprosy but suffering from loss of sensation in hands\/feet, manifest deformity with enough mobility for normal economic activity, or extreme physical deformity preventing gainful occupation qualifies under this sub-category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cerebral Palsy (CP)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A group of non-progressive neurological conditions affecting body movements and muscle coordination, caused by damage to specific brain areas \u2014 usually occurring before, during, or shortly after birth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dwarfism (Dw)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A medical or genetic condition resulting in an adult height of 4 feet 10 inches (147 cm) or less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Acid Attack Victims (AAV)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A person disfigured due to violent assaults by throwing of acid or similar corrosive substance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Visually Impaired (VI)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Blindness<\/strong> covers: total absence of sight; visual acuity less than 3\/60 or less than 10\/200 (Snellen) in the better eye after best correction; or field of vision less than 10 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Low Vision<\/strong> covers: visual acuity not exceeding 6\/18 or less than 20\/60 up to 3\/60 (Snellen) in the better eye after best correction; or field of vision less than 40 degrees up to 10 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hearing Impaired (HI)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hard of Hearing<\/strong> means a person having <strong>60 dB to 70 dB hearing loss<\/strong> in speech frequencies in both ears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mental Illness (MI)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A substantial disorder of thinking, mood, perception, orientation, or memory that grossly impairs judgment, behaviour, or capacity to recognise reality. This does not include intellectual disability (retardation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Autism Spectrum Disorder \u2013 Mild (ASD-M)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A neuro-developmental condition typically appearing in the first three years of life that significantly affects a person&#8217;s ability to communicate and relate to others, frequently associated with unusual or stereotypical rituals or behaviours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Multiple Disabilities (MD)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Multiple disabilities from two or more of the above categories (LD, VI, HI, Mental Illness, and ASD-M) combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SBI PO CIBIL Score Eligibility 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SBI has made a good credit history an important eligibility condition for appointment as a Probationary Officer.
