So the number of boys = 60x\/100 = 0.6x<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution 6: A)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let the present age of A and B be \u2018x\u2019 years and \u2018y\u2019years respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(x \u2013 6 + y \u2013 6)\/2 = 30<\/p>\n\n\n\n

x + y \u2013 12 = 60<\/p>\n\n\n\n

x + y = 72 —–(i)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(x + 4)\/(y + 4) = 9\/11<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11x + 44 = 9y + 36<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11x \u2013 9y = -8 —–(ii)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Income of B = 5250\/1.25 = Rs. 4200<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let the present ages of Akash and Itij be 7x years and 5x years, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Present age of Priya = 5x + 5 years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to question: 7x + 5x + 7x \u2013 3 + 5x + 5 = 4 \u00d7 24.5<\/p>\n\n\n\n
