Important Instruction For UPSC CSAT 2024 Exam

  • Download your admit card 2 days before the exam and take a printout of it and check the admit card in your bag before leaving for the exam.
  • Verification: Verify the information given on the admit card and if there is any problem, resolve it immediately by contacting UPSC.
  • All candidates Carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) in original and a photocopy. The name on the ID must match the name on your admit card.
  • Carry a few recent passport-size photographs (same as the one uploaded during the application process)
  • Find out your roll number and immediately sit on your allotted seat. Do not change your seat without the permission of the invigilator.
  • Listen carefully to the instructions of the invigilator regarding filling up the details on the answer sheet. And fill in your roll number and other required details in your answer sheet.
  • Read the instructions given on the question paper thoroughly before starting the exam. Understand the marking scheme and structure of the paper and then start your paper.
  • Manage your exam time wisely, and allocate proper time to different sections or questions. Keep track of the time remaining to complete all the questions.
  • Keep quiet during the paper and avoid any kind of communication with other candidates. If you have any questions, raise your hand to seek the assistance of the invigilator. Do not try to use unfair means. Do not indulge in any kind of cheating, if caught, the paper will be taken away and a penalty will also be given.
