Follow these tips and strategies to score 30+ marks in the IBPS Clerk Reasoning section:

1. Master Puzzles & Seating Arrangements

• Start your preparation with linear, circular and box-based puzzles, as these form the base and appear frequently in the exam. Once you gain confidence, gradually move on to more challenging types, such as floor-based and month-based puzzles. To increase accuracy and speed, make it a habit to solve at least 10 puzzle questions daily, covering different types and difficulty levels.
• Don’t get stuck on one puzzle; if it looks lengthy, skip and return later.

2. Be Quick with Easy Questions First

In the exam, pick the questions that require less time and high accuracy:

• Inequalities
• Syllogism
• Coding-Decoding
