No more guessing games! A new exam system means less stress and better job chances for you.
Hey Banking Aspirants! We have fantastic news from the Ministry of Finance. The government has decided to fix some of the biggest problems with banking recruitment for SBI, National Banks, and RRBs (Regional Rural Banks).
These changes are huge. They will make your journey to getting a bank job much clearer, less stressful, and more honest!
Let’s look at the two main changes that will help you succeed.
In the past, the results for the smaller banks (RRBs) always came out first. This forced you and other candidates to join the RRBs quickly, just so you wouldn’t be left without a job.
But then, the results for the better jobs (National Banks and SBI) came out later. Many people quit the RRB job they just started to join the bigger bank. This was stressful for candidates and caused problems for the banks (people leaving quickly is called “attrition”).
The government has changed the rule! Results will now be announced in the order of the most sought-after banks first.
| Old Result Order | NEW Result Order (Your Benefit!) |
| RRBs ➡️ Nationalized Banks ➡️ SBI | SBI ➡️ Nationalized Banks ➡️ RRBs |
