Preparation Journey

Started Preparation in March 2020

I appeared in IBPS PO/Clerk(Cleared Mains and GoT Bank of India), SBI PO(failed in Pre), RRB Po(Could not Clear Mains), IDBI AM(Cleared), and ESIC UDC(Qualified Pre, Mains is scheduled on 30 Apr)

How Did You Prepare for English?

By Reading News Paper, Practicing Short Quizzes on ED, Close Tests, Parajumble etc. on Practice Mock and Mocks.(Both pre and Mains level paper)

How Did You Prepare for Quantitative Aptitude?

“For quant I used to solve quadratic equations, Number series and Simplification on an daily basis.

And for DI and Arithmetic, I used to solve Short Quizzes and Mocks from the Practice Mock.

Best teacher according to me is Mr Aashish Arora Sir(Studified and Unacadmy)”

How Did You Prepare for Reasoning Ability?

“Puzzle is the key, I used to solve 10 puzzles and SA everyday. And For miscellaneous questions I took help of PM’s Short Quizzes and Mock Papers.

How Did You Prepare for General Awareness?

“In GA we have
BANKING Awareness (Static): Abhishek Mishra Sir: Unacadmy
Banking Current Affairs: Affairs Cloud
Current affairs: Gaurav Garg Sir’s Best 300 and daily GA from ADDA App.”

Daily Study Strategy

I used to study Quant, Reasoning, Eng and GA on a daily basis starting from Quant as I was not so good in quant so I used to do that with fresh mind and after Quant, Reasoning and and By noon 2PM is used to complete these both Subjects and in the evening I used to do English questions and at night I used to DO GA with relaxed mind. Like others for me Consistency worked. I am not a brilliant student from my school days I was a mediocre and Avg. And I think my experience might not solve the problem of how crack the exam but it will give motivation to students like me.

Challenges During Preparation

“When I Started preparing I was going through emotional breakdown, Many Personal problem, Impact of COVID was also there we were not allowed to go outside and in this situation keeping myself motivated was very difficult. I am a mediocre student and my personal problems broked and i could not even cleared a single pre in my first attempt.

But in 2021 I took a resolution that this year i will secure at least one seat in any bank. I cleared my first pre of SBI JA but unfortunately and i couldn’t Cleared Mains and failed by few marks. Then I appeared for IBPS and IDBI where I got success and Cleared both the exams.”
