This week we are here with the success story of Nikhil Anand who believed in himself and has stayed calm while doing all his preparations. After few failures, finally he achieved success in clearing RRB Office Assistant 2018.
Previous experience with Banking Exams
I have given the below mentioned exams:
- IBPS PO 2016
- RRB PO 2016
- IDBI PGDBF
- Syndicate Bank PGDBF
- SBI PO 2017
- IBPS PO 2017
- RRB 2017
- Canara Bank 2017
- IBPS PO 2018
- RRB PO 2018
- IBPS Clerk
These all are the exams which I have appeared in, but cleared none. The first prelims I cleared was SBI PO and SBI Clerk 2018. But I didn’t make it in the mains. Then I cleared RRB Office Assistant.
I started my preparation in 2016 mainly with the online content. In the starting General Awareness was a night mare. But I stared reading it from Study IQ. For Quant and English I get to know the online channel Meritshine. It helped me a lot. They provided me a new approach to the questions. Reasoning is all about practice. The more you do the more it will become handy.
I started doing General Awareness on monthly basis. I used to do 10-15 Data Interpretation questions on weekly basis both of Prelims and Mains. I solved a total of 5 puzzles of both Prelims and Mains both for Reasoning. Newspaper reading is must thing for cracking English. After clearing SBI PO Prelims, I was very nervous about the Mains as in 2017 the paper was a surprise package for everyone. I started giving practicemock test series which helped me to prepare for the Mains.
HOW DID PRACTICEMOCK HELP YOU?
Bazooka and weekly currently affairs sent on mail really helped me for revising current affairs apart from the videos.
