SSC Stenographer Exam Pattern 2026 for CBT Exam

The exam pattern is a structured format of an exam that involves how many sections will be included, how many questions will be presented, for how many marks, the time duration of the exam, and much more. The CBT exam of the SSC Stenographer exam consists of 3 sections. A total of 200 questions for 200 marks will be asked, and candidates will be provided 120 minutes (sectional timings) to attempt the exam. SSC Stenographer Syllabus 2026 in Hindi

SSC Stenographer परीक्षा का पाठ्यक्रम तीन भागों में विभाजित है – जनरल इंटेलिजेंस और रीजनिंग, जनरल अवेयरनेस और इंग्लिश लैंग्वेज और कॉम्प्रिहेंशन। जनरल इंटेलिजेंस और रीजनिंग में विषय शामिल हैं जैसे एनालॉजिज़, समानता, अंतर, स्थान दृश्यता, संबंध अवधारणाएं, अंकगणितीय तर्क, वेन डायग्राम, कोडिंग-डिकोडिंग, दिशा बोध, संख्या श्रृंखला, और गैर-मौखिक तर्कशक्ति से संबंधित प्रश्न। जनरल अवेयरनेस सेक्शन में उम्मीदवार की सामान्य जानकारी का मूल्यांकन किया जाता है जिसमें करंट अफेयर्स, इतिहास, संस्कृति, भूगोल, आर्थिक परिदृश्य, भारत और उसके पड़ोसी देशों से संबंधित सामान्य विज्ञान, महत्वपूर्ण तिथियाँ, पुस्तकें और लेखक, पुरस्कार, संविधान, खेल, और वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान जैसे विषय शामिल होते हैं। इंग्लिश लैंग्वेज और कॉम्प्रिहेंशन सेक्शन में ग्रामर, शब्दावली, वाक्य संरचना, पर्यायवाची, विलोम, क्लोज टेस्ट, फिल इन द ब्लैंक्स, री-एरेंजमेंट ऑफ सेंटेन्स, एरर स्पॉटिंग, रीडिंग कॉम्प्रिहेंशन और पैसिव वॉइस से संबंधित प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं। इन तीनों भागों के लिए कुल 200 अंकों की कंप्यूटर-आधारित परीक्षा आयोजित होती है। इसके बाद स्किल टेस्ट होता है जो स्टेनोग्राफी की गति को परखने के लिए आयोजित किया जाता है। ग्रेड ‘C’ के लिए उम्मीदवारों को 10 मिनट का डिक्टेशन 100 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से दिया जाता है और ग्रेड ‘D’ के लिए 80 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से, जिसे कंप्यूटर पर टाइप करने के लिए हिंदी या अंग्रेजी भाषा में निर्धारित समय मिलता है – ग्रेड C के लिए इंग्लिश में 40 मिनट और हिंदी में 55 मिनट, वहीं ग्रेड D के लिए इंग्लिश में 50 मिनट और हिंदी में 65 मिनट। यह परीक्षा उन उम्मीदवारों के लिए होती है जो केंद्र सरकार के विभिन्न मंत्रालयों, विभागों और संगठनों में स्टेनोग्राफर पद के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते हैं। सही रणनीति और नियमित प्रैक्टिस के साथ इस परीक्षा को उत्तीर्ण करना संभव है, विशेषकर यदि उम्मीदवार SSC स्टेनोग्राफर मॉक टेस्ट और पिछली परीक्षाओं के प्रश्नपत्रों का अभ्यास करें। इस परीक्षा में सफलता के लिए टाइम मैनेजमेंट, शुद्धता और टाइपिंग कौशल अत्यंत आवश्यक होते हैं।
