SSC MTS Tier 1 2022 Exam Pattern
SSC MTS Tier 1 paper will be conducted in online mode and consists of 4 sections – Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness. There will be 25 questions in each section which candidates have to attempt in 90 minutes. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded while there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. Some important points related to the SSC MTS paper pattern for Tier 1 exam are as follows:
- It will be conducted in English/Hindi language.
- 1 mark can be scored for each correct response, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- There will be 100 questions in total from all four sections.
- Visually handicapped cerebral palsy candidates will get a maximum time of 120 minutes to complete the paper.
Candidates who will clear the Tier 1 exam will be called for the descriptive paper which is the second stage of the SSC MTS selection process.
