1. One-Time Registration

1. Visit the SSC official website (www.ssc.gov.in).

3. Provide your name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, etc., as per your matriculation certificate.
4. After submitting, you’ll get a unique Registration ID and Password via email/SMS.
5. Use these credentials to log in and move on to the next step of the application process.

2. Filling the SSC MTS Online Application Form

1. After logging in, click the ‘Continue’ button to proceed with form filling.
2. For first-time login, you may need to change your password. Then log in again using the new password.
3. Upload a recent passport-size photograph and your signature(check the notification PDF for the right format).
4. Enter your required details, such as educational information, and choose your exam centers.

SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria 2025

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) follows a clear eligibility criterion for candidates applying for the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) and Havildar posts in 2025. Make sure you meet all the conditions before applying.

1. Nationality / Citizenship

To be eligible for SSC MTS 2025, a candidate must be any one of the following:

• A citizen of India, or
• A subject of Nepal, or
• A subject of Bhutan, or
• A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, intending to settle permanently, or
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia) or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

2. Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10th) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.

3. Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025)

For MTS (General category):

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years

For Havildar in CBIC & CBN and some MTS posts:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 27 years
