Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) exam every year to recruit candidates for various non-technical posts in different ministries and departments of the government. The exam consists of two papers: Paper-I (objective type) and Paper-II (descriptive type). The cut-off marks for the SSC MTS Paper-I exam depend on various factors such as the number of candidates who appeared for the exam, the number of vacancies available, the difficulty level of the exam, the normalization process applied by the SSC, etc.
The SSC MTS Paper-I exam is a competitive exam that tests the basic knowledge and skills of the candidates. The candidates who qualify this exam will be eligible to appear for the SSC MTS Paper-II exam which is a descriptive type exam that tests the writing skills of the candidates.
