The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Central Police Organization (CPO) exam every year to recruit candidates for various posts such as Sub-Inspector (SI) in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) in CISF. The SSC CPO Paper-I is being conducted today. According to the candidates who took the SSC CPO Paper-I exam, the overall difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate. Some candidates found the exam to be easy while some found it to be moderate. The Quantitative Aptitude section was also moderate for many candidates as it involved calculations and tricky questions. This section also had 50 questions of 1 mark each. The questions were based on topics such as history, geography, polity, economy, science, current affairs, sports, awards, books etc. The level of difficulty of this section was moderate. The questions were a mix of static GK and current affairs. Some questions were easy while some were difficult. The candidates who had prepared well for both static GK and current affairs could do well in this section. Questions were asked on the below topics:
This section had 50 questions of 1 mark each. The questions were based on topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, mensuration, data interpretation etc. The level of difficulty of this section was moderate. Some questions were tricky. Some questions were based on advanced concepts and formulas that required good conceptual clarity and practice. The candidates who had a strong command over mathematics could score well in this section.
