Prerequisites for Applying

• The candidate must have a graduate degree from a recognized university or equivalent at the time of applying.
• The applicant must be between 20 to 30 years of age. The age limit will very depending upon the post applied.
• There is age relaxation for ST/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Widows as described in the notification.

Strategy for the SSC CGL Tier II 2023

Tier II has compulsory subjects namely: Mathematical abilities, Reasoning & General Intelligence, English Language & Comprehension, General Awareness, Computer knowledge, & Data Entry Speed. Computer Knowledge is qualifying and the candidate must obtain the minimum qualifying score for the final selection. Junior Statistical Officer will have to take an extra paper, i.e., Statistics as Paper II, while there is an extra paper, General Studies (Finance & Economics) as Paper III for the candidates who have applied for the post of Assistant Audit Officer or Assistant Account Officer.

Here’s how you can prepare of the Tier II phase of SSC CGL:

• Dip into the syllabus and previous year’s question papers. Familiarize yourself with the most important topics and the question pattern.
• Devise a strategy for how would you go about preparing like which topic you will attempt first.
• A study plan is a must of serious preparation. Make a functional one and follow it.
