In-hand salary is Rs. 40,000 to 50,000. However, after cracking internal banking exams the in-hand salary can get raised up to Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 70,000 a month.
Some of the key benefits provided to an SBI PO at SBI:
Rs.27,620/- (basic pay) which is followed by four increments. Official pay scale – 23700-980/7 -30560-1145/2 – 32850-1310/7- 42020.
House rent allowance is provided as per the city at which employee gets posted. Due to frequent transfers SBI makes it a priority to ensure HRA for its SBI PO level employees.
