In-hand salary – 42,000-44,000 (But including everything and if you crack the JIIB exam after you join as a PO, your annual package can range from 8.00 LPA – 13.00 LPA.
Some of the key benefits provided to an SBI PO at SBI:
Rs.27,620/- (basic pay) which is followed by four increments. Official pay scale – 23700-980/7 -30560-1145/2 – 32850-1310/7- 42020.
House rent allowance is provided as per the city at which the employee gets posted. Due to frequent transfers, SBI makes it a priority to ensure HRA for its SBI PO level employees.
