SBI PO Last Minute Quant Tips

SBI PO Last Minute Quant Tips: We are going to cover all the tips you would need here for your SBI PO quant section.

SBI PO Last Minute Quant Tips

Divide your attempt strategy on the basis of category of questions

Now, don’t divide it as per topic such as profit and loss, percentage, etc. Divide them as per the categories mentioned above which are: speed maths questions, arithmetic, and data interpretation. This way you will be able to devise a clear attempt strategy. Otherwise, if choose to go topic-wise it will become too chaotic.

You can divide your time in the following manner:

If 15-speed math questions – 6 minutes

If 10 DI based questions – 8 minutes

If 10 Arithmetic questions – 6 minutes (7-8 attempts)

Even if you leave 2-3 questions from arithmetic it will keep your overall attempt at 27-30+.

Approach Quant section with the mindset of good attempts depending upon the difficulty level

In the PO prelims examination, the entire game is about getting maximum attempts with solid accuracy. And when you have 35 questions; then it is a must you attempt 27-30+ questions. Doing so will help you in maximizing your chances of clearing the prelims cut-off.  Although be careful with the difficulty level. If your judgment says otherwise, then you can lower your total attempts. Remember, for prelims you don’t need to top the exam.

Avoid pressure to not compromise on attempt and accuracy

There is no need to take pressure during the exam. You have done your hard work and now is the time to attempt questions that you have practiced, revised, and have attended classes or coaching for. So, let go of the pressure or it will affect your accuracy, speed, and time. You will even take time to solve questions that you know by heart, but still, you might crumble.
