SBI Apprentice 2026 Selection Process

The online written test is an objective-type, computer-based examination consisting of 100 questions for 100 marks to be completed in 60 minutes (1 hour). The exam is divided into 4 sections, each with its own time limit of 15 minutes per section.

Key rules of the online exam:
Candidates who qualify the online written test must appear for a Test of Local Language to verify their proficiency in the local language of the state they applied for. If a candidate has studied the local language as a subject at 10th or 12th standard, they may be exempted from this test (as per the official notification).
Shortlisted candidates must submit original documents for verification as per the schedule communicated by SBI.
Selected candidates will undergo a medical fitness examination conducted by SBI before final engagement. Only medically fit candidates will be engaged as apprentices.

The SBI Apprentice 2026 Admit Card will be released on the official SBI Careers portal a few days before the online examination.
