RRB PO 2025 Roadmap
The RRB PO exam is one of the most popular banking exams in India. Every year, lakhs of candidates apply, but only a few are able to clear it due to the limited number of vacancies. To crack this exam, you need not just hard work but also a smart study plan. The RRB PO Prelims exam will be conducted on November 22nd and 23rd, 2025. If you have 80 days left, don’t worry, you can still crack the exam with the right approach. The main thing is to prepare in a structured way that covers both the prelims and mains exams in a step-by-step manner. In this article, we are providing the 80-day master study plan for RRB PO 2025 that will help you balance concept building, practice, revision, and mock tests effectively.
RRB PO 2025 Exam Journey
As you already know, RRB PO Prelims Exam is scheduled on 22nd and 23rd November, and the Mains Exam will be conducted on 28th December. This means you will get only one month after the Prelims to prepare for the Mains. And honestly, one month is not enough to prepare the entire Mains syllabus from scratch.
That’s why we recommend that you start preparing for both Prelims and Mains together from now onwards only. This way, you can build strong conceptual clarity, cover the complete syllabus on time. Candidates can follow this 80-day roadmap and crack the RRB PO exam in their first attempt.
| Phase | Time Duration | Focus Area | Strategy |
| Month 1 | Days 1–30 | Prelims Basics + GA (1 hr daily) | Focus on Prelims basics + 1 hour daily for General Awareness. |
| Month 2 | Days 31–60 | Prelims + Mains Parallel | Prepare for both Prelims & Mains together. |
| Month 3 | Days 61–80 | Prelims Intensive | Practice full-length mocks, revision & exam-level questions. |
The first month is all about concept clarity. Before jumping into random topics, take a smart approach, check the last 5 years’ previous year papers. This will help you understand which topics are most scoring and frequently repeated.
Once you’ve done that, divide the syllabus into two parts:
Now start your preparation with the scoring topics first, as these will give you a confidence boost in the preliminary exam. After completing these, gradually move on to other topics.
NOTE: If you’re preparing through YouTube, make sure you stick to one reliable channel only. Following too many sources will create confusion and waste time. Consistency in learning is more effective than hopping from one teacher to another.
