Hand Written Declaration: *The Hand Written Declaration Text that the RBI demands of the candidates goes something like this: “I,_____ (your name), hereby declare all the information submitted by me in the declaration form is correct, true, or valid. I’ll present the supporting documents as and when needed.”

Step 1- Visit the Official RBI Website: Go to rbi.org.in, then, Scroll down, then Click on “Recruitment Related Announcements”, then Click on “Current Vacancies”, then Open “Recruitment of Officers in Grade B-DR (General), DEPR/DSIM – 2025”, then Click “Online Application”, then Click on “New Registration”.
Step 2: Fill Basic Details: Enter your name, mobile number, email ID, etc. Click “Save and Next”. You will get your Registration Number and Password. Note it down.
Step 3- Upload Photo & Signature: Upload your passport-size photo and signature as per these specs:
Step 4- Fill Personal & Educational Details: Enter your personal info, address, and academic qualifications carefully.
Step 5- Upload Other Documents: Upload scanned thumb impression and handwritten declaration in JPG format. Follow the size and dimension guidelines.
Step 6- Review and Submit the Form: Check all your details in the preview. If everything looks good, click “Final Submit”.
Step 7- Pay the Application Fee: Make payment online through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. Download the e-receipt after payment and keep it for future use.
NOTE: DigiLocker is integrated. Candidates may provide Aadhaar & documents voluntarily. Add that PwBD candidates must upload disability certificate/UDID card while applying.
