Around 21,000 will be officers (Pos), and the rest will be clerks and other staff. Among the 12 PSBs, the State Bank of India (SBI) will recruit about 20,000 people, including specialized officers. Punjab National Bank (PNB), the second-largest PSB, plans to hire over 5,500 employees this year.
