NICL AO Mains Exam Analysis 2025: Difficulty Level & Good Attempts

NICL AO Prelims has already been conducted, and the mains is being conducted today. The Mains exam consists of 250 questions of 250 marks. The time duration is 180 minutes. There is a conduct of a descriptive test as well after the objective test. The descriptive test is of 30 marks, and the time duration is 30 minutes. In the table given below, we have given the difficulty level and also the number of good attempts based on the interaction with students at the exam centre for the generalist category.

NICL AO Mains Exam Analysis 2025

The Mains exam analysis is based on the interaction we have with those candidates who have appeared for the exam. According to them, the difficulty level of the paper is somewhat Moderate. The English section presented a range of questions, including error detection, cloze tests, and sentence rearrangement, among others. The reasoning section, on the other hand, focused on questions that involved alphanumeric, coding, and decoding and the Box puzzle with single variables as well as double variables.
