The New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) has officially released the NIACL Apprentice Result 2025. The list of candidates provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification, Regional Verification, and/or Regional Language Test has been published on the official website. The verification process will be held on 11th August 2025 or 12th August 2025 at the respective regional offices. If your name appears in the shortlist, you have to visit the assigned NIACL Regional Office on the mentioned dates with all the required documents to complete the formalities.

  1. Visit the official website – https://www.newindia.co.in/engagement-of-apprentices
  2. Click on the NIACL Apprentice Result 2025 link.
  3. Download the PDF file.
  4. Search your name or roll number in the list.
  5. Note down the details for the document verification process.

List of Documents to Carry for Verification

Candidates shortlisted for Document Verification and/or Regional Language Test must carry the following documents in original along with self-attested photocopies:

  1. Photo and Address ID Proof Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport.
  2. PAN Card.
  3. 10th Pass / Matriculation Certificate issued by the concerned education board as proof of date of birth.
  4. 12th Marksheets and Graduation semester/year-wise marksheets along with the Degree/Diploma certificate.
  5. Conversion Certificate from CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade to percentage (if applicable) from the concerned University/Board.
  6. Certificate mentioning the date of publication of the result issued by the Principal of the school/institute where you completed your Class XII/graduation (if applicable).
  7. Caste/Category Certificates SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD certificate along with declaration (if applicable).
  8. Recent Passport Size Photographs – same as uploaded on the NATS portal.
  9. NATS ID proof as applicable.

Important Instructions You Should Follow

  • Reach the regional office on the scheduled date and time without fail.
  • Carry both originals and self-attested photocopies of all required documents.
  • Ensure your name and details match across all certificates and ID proofs.
  • Candidates who fail to produce the required documents may not be allowed to proceed further in the selection process.
