The pay scale for this post is Rs 28,150-1550(4)-34,350-1750(7)- 46,600-EB-1750(4) – 53,600-2000(1) – 55,600/-Currently, the initial monthly gross emoluments are around Rs 70,000/-                As per the Bipartite Settlement, the SBI PO basic pay scale is Rs. 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020 as applicable for Junior Management Grade Scale I. The starting basic pay will be Rs.27,620/- with 4 advance increments. With basic pay and allowances, the total in-hand salary will be around Rs. 40000/- to Rs. 45000/- based on the location of posting and other factors.
