LIC HFL Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

LIC HFL Eligibility Criteria 2022

Assistant: Candidates must have completed Graduate (minimum aggregate 55% marks) Those who have completed their Course through correspondence/ distance/part-time are not eligible.

Assistant Manager: Applicants shall pass Graduate (minimum aggregate 60% marks) or Post-graduate in any discipline. Those who have completed their course through correspondence/ distance/part-time are not eligible.

Assistant Manager (DME):  Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks or Postgraduate in any discipline. Candidates holding an MBA degree in marketing/finance will be given preference. Work Experience includes Completing 3 years as DME in LIC HFL as on 31.03.2022 and continuing as DME or marketing intermediary in LIC HFL.

LIC HFL Recruitment Age Limit 2022

Age Limit between 21-28 years means ‘not below 21 years and not above 28 years as on 01.01.2022 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1994 and not later than 01.01.2001 (both dates inclusive) and 40 years for DME Only

Assistant’s Salary Details

Assistant’s Salary: Rs.33,960

Salary Details: The starting basic pay of Rs.22,730/- per month on the scale of 22730-1405(1)-24135- 1540(2)-27215-1740(5)-35915-2020(2)-39955-2460(3)-47335-2570(2)-52475  and other admissible allowances as per rules shall be payable. Total emoluments per month will be approximately Rs.33,960/- (depends upon the place of posting) plus Lunch Allowance, Provident Fund, Mediclaim, Gratuity, LTC, Group Insurance Scheme, Housing Loan, Performance Linked Incentive and other benefits as per rules.

Assistant Manager Details

Assistant Manager: Rs.80,110/-

Salary Details: The starting basic pay of Rs.53,620/- per month on the scale of 53620-2770(14)- 92400-2880(3)-101040 and other admissible allowances as per rules shall be payable. Total emoluments per month will be approximately Rs.80,110/- (depends upon the place of posting) plus Lunch Allowance, Provident Fund, Mediclaim, Gratuity, LTC, Group Insurance Scheme, Housing Loan, Performance Linked Incentive and other benefits as per rules.

How to Apply for LIC HFL Recruitment 2022?

If you are interested in applying for the LIC HFL Recruitment 2022 and satisfy the conditions needed for the application process, you need to follow the steps given below to apply for the exam:

Step 1: Log in to the LIC HFL’s website

Step 2: Click on “Careers” and go to “Job Opportunities” to open the page “RECRUITMENT OF ASSISTANTS/ ASSISTANT MANAGERS” and click on the option “Apply Online”. A new screen will be opened.

Step 3: Register your application by choosing the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter your Name, Contact details, and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Before the submission of the online application, you are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” step to verify the details in the online application form. You can also get an option to modify the same if required.

Note: Fill the details carefully fill after verifying the details while filling out the online application form. No change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the ”COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.”

Step 5: Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next button.’

Step 6: Upload your Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature in the LIC HFL Official Notification PDF given above. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

Step 7: Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
