The LICC AAO 2025 online application form requires 4 documents to upload, which are your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration. It should be uploaded only in the given format. You should keep these documents ready in the required format before starting to fill out your form. The last date to fill the form is 8th September 2025. Handwritten Declaration is an important part of your LIC AAO Application form. You need to upload it in the required format only while you fill out the document upload section in your online form. Without this, your application would be incomplete. A clear image of a handwritten declaration is mandatory to upload to your application. What is LIC AAO Handwritten Declaration 2025?

The online application process for the LIC AAO 2025 exams has already started. If you are appearing for the banking and Insurance exams first time, you might have doubts regarding this term. The handwritten declaration is an image of the text written on the paper in your handwriting. In this text, you declare that all the information provided by you is true and valid. In the LIC AAO online application form, you will be asked to upload the image of the test written by you on a blank paper with a black or blue ball pen. There are some guidelines that you need to follow while writing and uploading this declaration image. This is a mandatory step in your application process. Without uploading this, your application will not proceed.

Handwritten Declaration Upload Format for LIC AAO 2025

The uploaded image of the declaration should be in the JPEG or JPG format. It should be in the 50Kb to 100Kb size range. The dimension of the declaration should be 800*400 (800 – width, 400 – height). It should be written in your handwriting only and in the English language only. The image should be clear and given in format only. It is mandatory to write the declaration in your handwriting and on white paper only with a black or blue pen.

Note:

  • Write it in your handwriting on white blank paper.
  • You can write it using a blue or black pen only.
  • It should be written clearly in English only.
  • It should not be written in Capital Letters.
  • Don’t make any changes in the given text and copy it as it is.
  • Read the text properly before you write in your paper.
  • If you made any spelling mistakes while writing the declaration.

Steps to Upload Handwritten Declaration in LIC AAO Form

While filling out the online form of LIC AAO, you will be asked to fill out several details, like personal details, education details, a photograph, and a signature. At the end, you will reach the document upload section in your online form. In this section, you are asked to upload the handwritten declaration.

  • Click on the “Upload Handwritten Declaration” link.
  • Browse and select the saved scanned file of your handwritten declaration.
  • Click on the ‘Open/Upload’ button to attach the file.
  • Ensure that the uploaded image is clear, legible, and as per the required quality.
  • Preview the image before final submission. If it appears blurred or smudged, re-upload a fresh scanned copy.
  • The application form will not be accepted unless the declaration is uploaded correctly.

LIC AAO Handwritten Declaration Text

The handwritten declaration text should be written in your own handwriting. What you need to write is already given in the notification PDF (we have given the text below). This text should be written on white blank paper with a blue or black pen. No change has to be made in any spelling or punctuation of the given sentence. Write it or copy it as it is in your white black page and scan it in your device (if using a mobile – click a photo/clear image). Resize it in the required format and keep it ready with you while filling out the application form.

“I, _ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

How to Resize Handwritten Declaration Image Online?

There are many ways to resize an image, and using an online available free tool is one of the ways to resize the image quickly. You can utilize one of these tools to resize your image to the required format. To resize the image, you can use the online available free tools like imageresizer.com. Here we are giving a step-by-step guide to resize the handwritten declaration image online.

  • To resize the image, go to google and search imageresizer.com.
  • Select image and wait till it uploads.
  • Make resize settings before downloading the image.
  • Set the width to 800 pixels and height to 400 pixels.
  • Unselect the lock aspect ratio check (by default, it is selected).
  • Add target file size between 50kb to 100Kb (for example: 80 Kb)
  • Then, click on export and download the image after it appears on screen.

Note: Replace the name (Sandhya Sadhvi) and write your own name in place of it. Shadow should not come in the image, and the text should be clearly visible. There should be proper lighting when you are taking the image of the handwritten declaration, and a blurred image is not accepted.
