Step-by-Step Guide to Apply for IIFCL 2026

The process is divided into two main phases. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and all digital documents ready before starting.

Part 1: Initial Registration

  1. Visit the Portal: Go to www.iifcl.in, click on “Careers,” and select the relevant recruitment link for Grade A or Grade B.
  2. New Registration: Click on the tab “Click here for New Registration.”
  3. Basic Info: Enter your name, contact details, and a valid email ID.
  4. Save Credentials: A provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and sent to your email/mobile.

Part 2: Completing the Application

  1. Login: Use the provisional credentials to log in.
  2. Upload Documents: Upload your photograph, signature, thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.
  3. Details & Experience: Fill in your educational qualifications and mandatory work experience (2 years for Grade A / 7 years for Grade B).
  4. Preference & Center: Select your preferred stream (Generalist or Environment) and examination center.
  5. Preview & Payment: Preview your application to ensure all data is correct. No changes are allowed after “Final Submit.” Proceed to pay the application fee.

Write the following on white paper with black ink:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Application Fees

The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online via Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI.

  • General/OBC/EWS Candidates: Rs. 600/-
  • SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Rs. 100/-

  1. Navigate to the login page and click “Forgot Password.”
  2. Enter your Registration Number and your registered Mobile Number or Email ID.
  3. The system will reset and send the credentials to your registered contact point.
